NEEOPA was established in 1985 to help organisations implement quality equal employment opportunity programs.
Membership is open to all sectors of the community. Members join NEEOPA to share experiences and ideas, network, gain support and achieve a deeper insight into the principals of EEO, affirmative action, workforce diversity and work-life balance.
