Steve Reid

Steve's current role is responsible for leading many of the HR disciplines for Vodafone including recruitment and retention, employer branding, health and wellbeing, remuneration and payroll, HR systems, reporting and performance management. His team also provide HR business partnering for all of the corporate functions of Vodafone as well as running the HR Shared Services function. In 2009, he lead the people and culture stream of the merger between Vodafone and Hutchison (3 Mobile), having come from the 3 business heading up HR & organisation capability. Prior to this he was national manager learning and organisation development for six years, guiding the learning, OD and cultural development strategy through two start up businesses and some large scale change efforts including the establishment of a 1400 seat contact centre in Mumbai, India.
