Ronan Carolan

Ronan Carolan, HR director, Sanofi-Aventis, has worked at senior levels of Human Resources for the past 10 years with AMP, TOWER Australia and Australian Wealth Management.

Ronan has significant experience in divestments, mergers and acquisitions and change management.

In his current role, Ronan has responsibility for Australia and New Zealand and leads key regional projects for Japan Pacific.

Ronan holds a Masters of Management from MGSM.
