Michelle Coleman

After completing a Teaching degree and Administrative Leadership degree, Michelle worked as a teacher for several years before making an unintentional move to local government where she worked as a trainer and facilitator.

For the past five years Michelle has worked at The Hills Shire Council in North Western Sydney where she facilitated the development of the Council's first Community Strategic Direction and the implementation of a framework to support the new Integrated Planning Legislation.

Michelle recently made the move from Corporate Planning to Organisational Development and her passion is to raise the profile of learning as a tool for driving performance.

Michelle is studying for her Masters in Organisational Development and Strategic Human Resource Management.
