Leonie Curtis-Kempnich

Leonie Curtis-Kempnich is the CEO of Leadership Success Pty Ltd. Leonie has been in the education industry for over 30 years. Starting out as a primary school teacher, she then moved into the VET sector by working at TAFE NSW. From there, she moved into L&D roles in industry and finally set up the RTO Leadership Success.

As L&D consultant at Brady Australia, she was responsible for Brady Australia winning three training awards during 2007. Leonie’s educational qualifications include a Masters of Education (Adult Literacy), a Graduate Certificate in Business Communication and an Advanced Diploma of Management. Now that Leonie has set up the RTO Leadership Success, she has finally been able to pursue her passion for leadership development of middle managers.
