Justin Miles

Justin Miles is the GM Human Resources for Fonterra ANZ, a position he has held for the last four years.  Employing 4,000 people across more than 20 manufacturing and distribution sites Fonterra ANZ is the company behind some of the best loved consumer brands in Australia and New Zealand including Mainland Cheese, Ski Yoghurt, Western Star, Perfect Italiano and Bega Cheese.

Prior to Fonterra, Justin was head of HR at Rip Curl, the global surfing and action sports company and before that Justin spent three years as Vice President of HR for Diageo Chateau & Estate Wines, based in the Napa Valley in California, a business that operates more than a dozen wineries in the USA and France.  Justin's experience also includes six years with the Campbell Soup Company including three years in their USA headquarters as head of leadership and development and eight years in HR generalist roles with two divisions of PepsiCo Australia, Pizza Hut and Frito-Lay.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Industrial Relations and a Master of Commerce in Organizational Behaviour, both from the University of New South Wales.
