Janine Stewart

Janine is responsible for Perpetual’s People and Culture policy and practices including talent and succession planning, remuneration, diversity, recruitment and occupational health and safety. Janine joined Perpetual in 2007, initially responsible for remuneration, benefits and employee relations. She was appointed Group Executive, People and Culture in September 2008. She is chairman of Perpetual's Workplace Giving Committee and a member of the Perpetual Foundation Committee of Management.

Janine has over 20 years experience in customer service strategy and design, employee relations, people and leadership, and cultural change, primarily in the aviation industry.
