Michele Mok is the Senior HR Business Partner at Yahoo!7, since 2007. Michele is responsible for driving strategies around employee engagement, culture, change management and organization effectiveness. Michele has designed and implemented programs to attract, develop and engage talent and provides strategic partnerships to Media Sales, Search Marketing, Finance and Performance.   Yahoo!7 has been listed among the BRW Magazine's top 50 Great Places to Work in Australia in 2009.

Michele's extensive experience in the online media industry included strategic positions at ninemsn, where she was responsible for the organization's L&D and recruitment strategies and was involved in numerous change management initiatives. Prior to that, she had held generalist HR positions in Local Government.
