FAQ

When should I expect confirmation of my registration?
Confirmation will be e-mailed directly to the e-mail address provided on the registration form within 48 hours of registration. If you have not received confirmation within this timeframe please contact our accounts department on (02) 8437 4700.

When should I pay for the event I am attending?
Payment should be made via credit card at time of booking through the secure online registration system. Visa and Mastercard accepted.

AMEX or Diners: Please click here to download the PDF booking form. Please note that a 4% processing fee will be charged.

Cheque: Please make payable to Key Media Pty Ltd and post to REPLY PAID 83974 St Leonards, NSW, 2065.

**Please note full payment is required prior to the event. A $200 administrative fee will apply to any cancellations.

How can I set up a meeting with another attendee?

When will I receive my conference materials?
Your name badge and delegate materials will be distributed onsite. Please make your way to the registration desk at the entrance of the Expo Hall upon arrival at Luna Park Sydney. 

Can I attend both the HR Summit and Directors Forum?
No, you must select one conference stream to attend for the duration of the event. Please note the Directors Forum is exclusively for HR Directors or the senior HR decision-maker in an organisation.

Can I purchase the delegate pack if I am unable to attend the event?
Yes, the presentation materials are available for the HR Summit at a cost of $324.50 incl. gst for the complete pack. If you are interested in purchasing the delegate pack, please email eventqueries@keymedia.com.au. The delegate pack will be mailed to you after the event.

Are meals included in the HR Summit registration fee?
Yes, all refreshments (morning and afternoon tea, lunch) are included for HR Summit and HR Directors Forum delegates. Should you have any special dietary requirements please email eventqueries@keymedia.com.au at least 10 working days prior to the event. 

Please note catering is not provided for Free Expo and Free Workshop attendees.

The networking drinks function at the end of Day One is free and open to all HR professionals. Please register your details online if you would like to attend.

I can no longer attend. What can I do?
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Cancellations received in writing 14 or more days in advance will receive a refund minus a $200 administrative fee or the balance issued as a credit note valid for use towards another Key Media event within 12 months of the date of issuance. The company regrets no refunds will be made less than 14 days prior to the event

Should a delegate register for an event and cancel prior to full payment being made, a $200 administrative fee will be charged. 

Should Key Media cancel or postpone a conference, delegates will receive a full refund. Key Media is not responsible for any loss, damage or additional costs incurred as a result of an alteration, cancellation or postponement of an event. Please note all speakers and content are confirmed at time of publication; however we reserve the right to modify or alter the program including advertised speakers without notice should circumstances beyond our control require substitutions or cancellations. Key Media is not liable for the content of any speaker presentations.
